Nikki Walsh, President of PK Walsh won the prestigious Stevie Award for Best Overall Company in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business is an international competition recognizing the accomplishments of outstanding women executives, entrepreneurs, and the organizations they run. The awards are produced by the creators of the prestigious American Business Awards.

In winning the Stevie, PK Walsh, beat out other finalists including Reserveage Organics, EyeMail Inc., Parties That Cook, Fairway Divorce Solutions and Natural Body Spa and Shop. Nikki Walsh, President of PK Walsh, a women’s hair replacement studio, was presented the Stevie by Carolyn Kepcher, best known as former Executive VP of the Trump Organization and co star of the hit TV program The Apprentice.

In accepting the Stevie Award, Nikki said, “I can’t put into words what an honor and privilege it is to receive this award. None of this would be possible without our incredible team of coworkers and family; they help make us a success.”

Stevie Awards were handed out in categories including Best Entrepreneur, Best Executive, Lifetime Achievement, and Women Helping Women at the gala event at New York’s Marriott Marquis Hotel on November 12.

More than 1,200 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration.

Finalists in the competition were chosen by business professional worldwide during preliminary judging in September and October. Final judging was conducted by members of the awards’ Board of Distinguished Judges and Advisors in late October to select Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists.
